How to Pray the Stations of the Cross Rosary
Start by reciting the Apostle's Creed on the Crucifix. Then, on each of the following six beads, do the following:
- Say an Act of Contrition.
- Offer a prayer to Jesus Christ Crucified, asking for forgiveness and a strong faith, hope, and charity. Meditate on His precious wounds and express your sincere desire for repentance and amendment.
- Pray for the souls of the faithful departed, saying "Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them; and may all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen."
- Recite the Our Father.
- Say the Hail Mary.
- Finish with the Glory Be.
At each medal or station, offer the following prayer for the intentions of the Holy Father: "We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You, because by Your Holy Cross You have redeemed the world." Followed by an Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be.
