shipping policy

Our store ships to its customers throughout Europe, USA and many other countries. Learn more about shipping costs by geographic area.

 

Orders will be prepared within 1-2 days after receipt of payment, with delivery times varying depending on the place/country of destination.

The order is confirmed as soon as we receive the payment ("confirmed" status) and our store starts preparing it ("working" status). A "working" order can be canceled, but it is not possible to add or remove single items. When the order is "Done" (ready to ship), no further changes can be made.

 Note that:

- Orders sent to BRAZIL  may be subject to control by customs, so after providing the code and link for tracking the order by our store, you must access a link to track the codes provided and follow the steps to unlock the order .
